Returns, Refunds, and Exchange

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Need Greater Greetings does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Because many items are printed products, minor variations in color, appearance, or print alignment may occur and are not considered defects.

If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging may be requested in order to review the claim.

Need Greater Greetings reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution in cases involving damaged or incorrect items.

Returning Goods

Returns decided case by case. Most sales final.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
